Counseling
Counselling is a helping relationship in which the student attends, to generate new perspectives and initiate behavioral or attitudinal changes.
GENERAL PURPOSE
Provide individual counseling and group counseling to students, to support their personal growth and well being, improve their study habits and contribute to self-knowledge and acceptance of his person. Also assists students in managing stress, anxiety and depression.
Overall, this service aims to help solve personal problems, family and school.
Hold interviews with students, parents, teachers and principals, as many times, the search for solutions to problems of students is necessary to work in conjunction with the aforementioned persons, sometimes even conduct interviews with people who are supporting as a formal student.
We have time slots to meet individual students. Monthly talks are given to students in sixth grade and conferences bimonthly at three secondary grades, with the useful purpose of addressing issues of student development.
Other functions of the Counseling Department are:
• Coordination of School Values Program.
• Psychological Assessment Newcomer Student.
• Chat provision for parents .
