Message from School Board

I was elected by the parents in order that, together with the rest of the Board, we can administrate the school resources of the community and strengthen by our actions the academic, sports and cultural activities of the school.

Together with all the members of the Board, we represent the voice and ears of the school members of our community (parents) to improve conditions at this institution, providing modern and adequate teaching materials to all the levels, maintain good working conditions for our personnel and offering solutions to parent concerns.

At this moment in time we are working on and committed to all efforts entailing our Advanc-Ed  accreditation from SACS, The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools which would make us the first institution in the state of Hidalgo to form part of this association with great benefits for our children.
Also, we are assisting the teaching personnel to surpass the academic and sports achievements obtained in the previous school year.

We have a great responsibility to fulfill with our children and all the members of the American School community. We hope that the institution of which we are so proud of continues to be institution of excellence and continues to produce successful students. It is for all of the above reasons stated here that we give great care to fulfilling the responsibilities and commitments we have in the process of making decisions which will benefit our school in every way.

We are convinced that the trust which has been placed in us by the vote and endorsement of our parents will be reciprocated by the hard work and transparency in our actions and by loyalty we profess to this institution. United in cooperation and vision, we will together as members of our school community continue to enable the road to the ever constant progress which is a hallmark of our institution.
